Highlights

Whether your interest is women’s history or decorated bindings, Women’s Work and Worth in Girlhood, Maidenhood and Wifehood (1888) is a fascinating find from Bennett’s Books of Columbus, Ohio.

Books & Roses of Albany, New York, will showcase Charles Perrault’s Tales of Passed Times, “newly decorated” (illustrated) by John Austen at the fair.

Three Miles From Providence: A Tale of Abraham Lincoln and the Soldiers’ Home (2007) was created by David Bruce Smith for the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Hand-sewn and bound in cowhide leather, it was designed to resemble a Civil War soldier’s carrying case. Available from exhibitor Smith Publications of Washington, D.C.
